The Conference will feature:

1. Pre-conference Workshop:Two workshops will be held. One focused on best practices in District Energy Systems, and a second one on the creation of entrepeneurial and financial skills for the development of District Energy Systems.

2. Conference program: We will host high-level, national and international, speakers. Likewise, academia will have a space within the Congress. There will be a focus on new technologies, lessons learned, case studies and panel discussions with experts from the region.

3. Business Roundtable: It will be held from Wednesday 27 to Friday 29 September 2023, in parallel to the congress´ program.

4. Technical Visits: Cartagena is a leader in cooling districts in Colombia, with facilities in operation that cater to the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. During the congress there will be the opportunity to visit several of the energy districts currently operating in the city.
